HR MANAGER – PERMANENT BRENTWOOD, ESSEX £28,000 - £32,000 I am looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who is part or fully CIPD qualified to join my client in Brentwood. As HR Manager you will be responsible for the Human Resources function of the company which will include: • Managing the internal recruitment process • Monitoring and tracking employee absence • Managing the induction and leaver procedures • Managing all company policies and procedures • Maintaining employee records • Dealing with all company disciplinary and grievance issues My client is looking for someone with a proven track record in Human Resources who is pro active, reliable and able to work under pressure in a busy environment. You will also need to have strong communication skills and should be fully competent using MS Office. My client will also consider candidates who are looking to work part time 3-4 days per week.
