I am looking for an accomplished HR Officer to join my client, a successful corporate organisation in their Brentwood Offices. This is a permanent full time position which offers a starting salary of up to £27k plus benefits.
As HR Officer you ideally be CIPD qualified, have up to date knowledge of current and new employment law and be confident and diplomatic with strong communication skills. You should also be computer literate with good MS Office skills and should be able to develop strong working relationships internally and externally.
Providing a proactive and professional HR Officer role to Managers you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring human resource programmes and policies to ensure that the company’s objectives are met. You will be responsible for areas such as; developing the management teams capability as people managers, using HR data to provide insight into key people trends, maximising employee engagement and performance levels and delivering the right compensation and benefits programmes.
